1. What BidBoard is
BidBoard runs a public leaderboard on which businesses pay to be ranked, and an automated content service that drafts and, where you authorise it, publishes posts, replies and short videos on your own social media accounts.
2. Payments and rank
Every payment is a service fee. It counts toward your score for 30 days from the day it is confirmed. Rank is relative: other businesses may pay more and move above you at any time. We do not guarantee any rank, any number of posts, any follower growth, sales, or other result. Fees are not refundable, including when a platform blocks posting or when you stop using the service.
UPI payments submitted with a transaction ID are confirmed by a person, usually within a few hours. A payment we cannot match to a bank credit is not counted.
3. What is guaranteed and what is not
After every confirmed payment we guarantee one post, drafted for you within the hour and published to a connected account, or left in your queue for you to publish if no account is connected or the platform rejects it. Nothing else is guaranteed. Further posts, replies and reels follow your rank as a target, not a promise: content is generated by third-party AI services and published through Instagram, X and other platform APIs that we do not control, and those services change, rate-limit, fail and sometimes reject content. By paying you accept that beyond the one guaranteed post the service is provided on a best-effort basis.
Prices are shown in your local currency for convenience. Your score on the board is always the Indian rupee value of what you paid at the exchange rate on the day of payment.
4. Your accounts and your content
You must own, or be authorised to manage, every social account you connect. New accounts are created by a person following our checklist, never by automation, and the account belongs to you. You are responsible for every post you approve or allow to auto-publish, including replies to comments. Review what is generated. We may decline to generate or publish content that is unlawful, misleading, or breaks a platform's rules.
5. Accuracy
Generated content is based on your public website and your edits to the brand brief. We do not verify claims on your website. We are not liable for statements made in content you approved or allowed to auto-publish.
6. Your public page, and our right to remove it
Ranked businesses get a public profile on this site built from your brand brief. Ask us to change or remove it at any time.
We decide what appears on BidBoard. We may hide or remove any listing, page, post or account, without notice and without refund, if in our judgement it is vulgar, misleading, unlawful, promotes a business we are not comfortable advertising (including adult services, gambling, weapons, drugs, get-rich-quick schemes or hate), impersonates someone, or otherwise breaks these terms or a platform's rules. This protects every other business on the board.
7. Ending the service
Stop at any time by not paying again and disconnecting your accounts. Your listing disappears when your score reaches zero. We may suspend businesses that abuse the service, the platforms, or other users.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid in the 30 days before the claim.
