Refund and cancellation policy

Payments

Every payment on BidBoard is a fee for a ranked listing and the content service for the 30 days that follow. The service starts the moment the payment is confirmed (one guaranteed post is drafted within the hour), so payments are not refundable.

Exceptions

We refund in full if we charged you twice for the same order, if a payment was confirmed but your business never appeared on the board within 24 hours, or if we could not deliver the one guaranteed post within 7 days and you had a connected account. Email hello@bidboard.co.in with the transaction ID; refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.

Cancellation

There is nothing to cancel. Stop paying and your score falls to zero after 30 days. You can disconnect accounts or delete your business from the dashboard at any time.
