Delete your data

You can remove everything BidBoard holds about you in two ways:

• From the dashboard: Settings → Delete business. This removes your brand brief, posts, photos, and every connected account token immediately.
• By email: write to hello@bidboard.co.in from the address you signed up with. We delete your account and all businesses within 7 days and confirm by reply.

Disconnecting a social account from the Accounts tab deletes its access token at once. You can also revoke our access from Instagram, Facebook, Threads, X or Bluesky settings directly.

Payment records are kept for the period required by Indian tax law and are not deleted on request.
