Shipping and delivery policy

BidBoard sells digital services only. Nothing is shipped physically, so there are no shipping charges and no courier.

How and when your purchase is delivered

• Sponsored listing: your business appears on the public board at bidboard.co.in within minutes of a confirmed payment, and stays for 30 days per payment.
• Guaranteed post: one social media post is drafted for you within one hour of a confirmed payment and appears in your dashboard queue. It is published to your connected account at its scheduled time, or left for you to publish if no account is connected.
• Further content: delivered continuously to your dashboard for the 30-day period, at a volume that depends on your placement.

Where to see it

Everything is delivered inside your dashboard at bidboard.co.in/dashboard and on your own social media accounts. You also receive an email receipt with an invoice number for every payment.

Delays

If a payment is confirmed but your listing does not appear within 24 hours, or the guaranteed post does not appear within 7 days, contact us at hello@bidboard.co.in and we will fix it or refund the payment as described in our cancellation and refund policy.
